About the Role
This hands-on role is critical in ensuring IT technology across the organisation is supported efficiently and effectively. You’ll provide high-level technical support, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage end-user computing (EUC) assets across multiple regions.

This is an onsite role based in Rowville , providing local support to executives and business teams, while assisting remote teams across Australia, New Zealand, and other Asia Pacific locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for EUC devices and applications across Windows, macOS/iOS, and specialised devices (Zebra scanners, RF guns).
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EUC assets: deployment, configuration, patching, and decommissioning.
  • Administer tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, BigFix, and SOTI MobiControl .
  • Maintain Active Directory and Office 365 environments, including user administration and security policies.
  • Support collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook) and cloud-based telephony solutions (RingCentral).
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards and asset management policies.
  • Provide timely updates and documentation for processes, workflows, and knowledge bases.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in IT support roles with strong troubleshooting skills across multi-platform environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Intune, SCCM, BigFix , and mobile device management tools.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory , Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to automation for proactive issue detection.
  • Intermediate networking knowledge.
  • Experience in vendor management and escalations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant IT qualifications.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship.
