The Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide third-level support for technical and process issues related to end-user devices and software
  • Maintain and manage hardware and software used by end users, including purchasing, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning
  • Support tools and technologies such as Microsoft Intune, MECM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VMWare
  • Conduct regular patching, system upgrades, and software packaging
  • Assist in defining the roadmap for end-user computing devices and software
  • Train and support first and second-level support teams when required
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong focus on communication and prioritisation
What You’ll Bring:

✔️ Proven experience with Microsoft MECM / Intune / Azure
✔️ Azure Virtual Desktop and VMWare expertise
✔️ Software packaging and policy management experience
✔️ Strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 troubleshooting skills
✔️ Group Policy and Intune configuration knowledge
✔️ A team-first attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
✔️ Excellent hardware knowledge across a range of devices

Bonus Points For:
⭐ ITIL Foundation Certification
⭐ Experience with Azure AD
