We are looking for an experienced and driven Change Manager to join our client's team on a 3-month contract to support the successful delivery of two major IT initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting 2 projects:
- Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade – ensuring a smooth and well-supported transition across the organisation.
- Zendesk to ServiceNow migration – supporting users and teams through the change in service management platforms.
- Develop and implement change strategies, communications, and training plans to support both projects.
- Work closely with the internal change and communications team to ensure messaging is aligned and effectively delivered.
- Identify change impacts, develop mitigation strategies, and engage stakeholders across various business units.
- Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure user readiness and adoption.
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager on technology or IT transformation projects – particularly involving system upgrades or tool transitions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives, including planning and delivery of communications, training, and stakeholder support.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows OS upgrades and/or platform transitions such as Zendesk to ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Circa $800 p/d (some flexiblity for the right candiate).
- 3-month contract, with immediate start.
- Hybrid working model – primarily remote, with 1-2 days p/w in office (nearby Melbourne CBD).
