Are you an experienced Change professional passionate about making a difference in the Aged Care sector? We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Project Change Analyst/ Manager to support a critical Aged Care Reform (Support at Home) project, driving meaningful change and supporting frontline teams through a complex and highly regulated transformation.

This is a contract role initially for 2 months, with a high likelihood of extension through to March 2026. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with up to 3 days per week in the office (particularly during hypercare).

As the Project Change Manager – Aged Care Specialist, you will lead and deliver all aspects of change management for a high-impact reform initiative. Reporting to the Project Manager and supported by a centralised Change Management Office, your focus will be on ensuring staff readiness, clear communications, engaging training, and successful adoption of new models of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end change management for the Support at Home project, applying structured frameworks and tailoring them to suit low change-maturity, high-regulation environments.
  • Develop, schedule, and deliver training and support materials (e.g., training plans, FAQs) to frontline care teams.
  • Facilitate and support a network of Change Champions to embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to support ongoing adoption and feedback loops.
  • Draft and deliver communications for highly impacted stakeholder groups (note: broader organisational comms handled separately).
  • Provide clear reporting, documentation, and alignment with existing change artefacts and quality standards.

About You
  • 4+ years of project-level Change Anlyst/ Management experience, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Strong understanding of aged care operations, including sector challenges and complexity.
  • Experience delivering training, developing materials, and managing training rollout plans.
  • Practical knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) with relevant accreditation preferred.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycles and PM tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
