We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading organisation based in Melbourne on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering HRIS and Payroll initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities across HRIS and Payroll projects.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document requirements.
  • Develop detailed as-is and to-be process maps.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience delivering HRIS and Payroll projects.
  • Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) highly regarded.
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Experience within Aged Care and/or Healthcare environments desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
