We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst for an inital 3-month engagement to support critical IT transformation projects within our client's organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful tech upgrades and systems transitions with a collaborative and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support business analysis for the Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade project.
- Contribute to the transition from Zendesk to ServiceNow, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure clear alignment and successful outcomes.
- Participate in light project management duties, shared across the team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT/technical transformation projects, ideally including operating system upgrades and service management tool transitions.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Solid understanding of technical environments, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.
- Experience in ServiceNow or Zendesk implementations or migrations is highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, contributing to shared responsibilities and project delivery.
Contract Details:
- Circa $800 p/d.
- Intiial 3-month contract, potential for extension.
- Hybrid working model – primarily remote with 1-2 days per week in office (nearby Melbourne CBD).
