We're looking for a Business Analyst
to support the migration of Intranet and Controlled Document Management Systems (CDMS) to SharePoint Online
. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, solution partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition, drive adoption, and align outcomes with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for SharePoint Online-based intranet and CDMS solutions
- Map current processes and recommend improvements to enhance collaboration, user experience, and operational efficiency
- Partner with project managers, architects, and communications teams to deliver an intuitive, user-friendly platform
- Support implementation and testing with business units, including preparation of training materials and change communications
- Ensure alignment with information governance, quality, and compliance standards
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint Online (web parts, document libraries, permission models, content management)
- Experience with Controlled Document Management Systems or document governance frameworks (e.g., policy lifecycles, review workflows)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both clinical and non-clinical environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
- Experience supporting change management or training delivery (particularly in clinical environments) is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, Microsoft 365/SharePoint) highly regarded.
