Mark is a Director within the Granite Group, which encompasses Granite People, Granite Consulting, Granite Labs, Conversations with Thought Leaders, and Nurture Drive. The core business is Business Projects and Technology Recruitment and Consulting. Granite Group has been in operating since 2008 when it opened its Melbourne HQ in the midst of the GFC. It quickly grew and was recognised as the 3rd fastest growing business in Australia in the BRW awards and has since expanded across the globe with an additional office in the UK providing global reach and insights. Granite Consulting currently has clients in 8 countries across North America, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia where our key focus remain. Granite Group is a proudly Australian owned and operated business.

Mark possesses 24 years of extensive experience as a CEO, Director, Manager, employee and recruiting partner, along with starting and growing his own successful business within the Information Technology industry in the UK has a wealth of industry here in Australia. During this time, Mark has acquired and seasoned an innate appreciation and understanding for all manner of systems, processes, developments, and their subsequent job roles, which make up the complex nature of the Information Technology and Business Project Services industries.

Mark’s current role as a CEO at Granite Group, sees him recruiting roles across Information Technology and Business Project Services industries within Melbourne, greater Australia and globally for an established and growing network of client partners across various sectors, including but limited to, Superannuation, Financial Services, Insurance, Gaming and Betting, Logistics, and many more. Mark understands the value of strong genuine connections and a prompt, professional and honest level of customer service. He is passionate about helping people realise their potential and believes great companies are nothing without great people.

Outside of business Mark is married with 2 sons, he has a passion for many sports, with a particular focus on soccer and fortunate enough to be involved with both sons’ aspiration to play at a high level, he is also keen on travel and enjoying the great outdoors.
