Fernando Gargollo

Fernando is our Head of Business Development for our Granite Consulting Division. As a business we value long-lasting relationships, and they have become our staple in our 16-year-long career. However, we are always curious and on the lookout for new opportunities, which is why we brought Fernando to help us discover, engage and ultimately bring our world class services to new partners. Fernando came to Australia to study his MBA at Melbourne Business School from 2023 – 2025.  

 

Prior to that he has had a varied career, starting as part of the Growth team for a Solar Startup based in Mexico City before moving to a head of sales role for a renewable energy conglomerate where he oversaw several projects amounting to over 1.6 Gigawatts in capacity. When the Mexican government blocked any new large scale renewable projects from going through regulatory approval Fernando opened his own company. He grew and scaled his new venture before selling it to come to Australia. 

 

Fernando brings infectious curiosity and energy to every interaction and has the deep belief that people meeting people is the surest way for everyone to learn and share knowledge. Outside of work you can find Fernando chasing his son in the playground, training for a sports event with his wife or tearing through his reading list.
